基本特點：

◆用途：可用于高達50,000 XG的冷凍和非冷凍離心機上。

◆材質(zhì)： 聚丙烯共聚物管體，聚丙烯螺旋密封蓋，硅膠墊片。

Materials:polypropylene copolymer，Polypropylene Screw Closure，silicone gasket.

◆性能：聚丙烯共聚物管體具有比聚碳酸酯更好的耐化學性，半透明，基本可觀察到管內(nèi)的物質(zhì)。Translucent polypropylene copolymer provides greater chemical resistance than polycarbonate . Contact-clear tubes allow easy view of contents.

◆滅菌操作：在進行高溫高壓滅菌操作之前，將蓋子放置在離心管上，但不要按螺紋旋轉(zhuǎn)密封。

Before autoclaving, just set closure on top of the tube without engaging the threads.

◆Oak Ridge 離心管：Nalgene Oak Ridge 離心管標配（隨附）無襯墊的聚丙烯螺旋蓋，容易清洗，并能保證在10000 x g 的離心速度下防漏。Comes with polypropylene linerless closures—easy to clean and provides leak proof protection under normal conditions up to 10,000 x g.

◆螺旋蓋：標配普通螺旋蓋，當高速離心時為了確保防漏，部分型號有密封螺旋蓋供選配（貨號DS3132）。

NALGENE sealing caps* (Cat. No. DS3132) are available.

◆密封蓋的選擇：為確保防漏，當離心速度高于10000xg時，通常使用密封蓋或者密封蓋裝置（可另購）。

For leakproof performance >10,000 x g, use a sealing cap or sealing cap assembly (sold separately).

◆適用溫度：Withstand temperatures from -135° to +135°C (-211° to +275°F)
